Last Fall, 2021, we video'd the harvesting of honey frames from all of our hives. Included was the extraction of that honey in our Italian Stainless Steel Extractor which we are so proud of. It enables us to extract the honey w/ no heat from capping irons, preserving the nutrition. I don't share all of the hives we took excess frames from that day, but if you would like to see that video, just mention it in the comments below and I'll get you a link! And if by chance you are interested in the extractor, here is information on it:

This beauty of this honey press is that it's made entirely of stainless steel. Pressing honeycomb is the ancient method of honey harvest that captures all its aroma and flavor and boosts honey’s pollen count. This also separates wax with minimum honey loss. Just load comb, turn the handle, and watch honey pour out. The handle conveniently swings back for reloading. Can also be used for pressing wax cappings and fruit. 2.3-gal basket (8” dia. x 11” tall). The press: 16-1/2” W x 24” H, 26 lb. Ships double-boxed for safe delivery. Super-thick durable stainless steel. Customer comment: β€œWOW!!! Built like a tank. This will last a lifetime.” Made in Italy.
