US Government-made Virus & Vaccine Designed for “Religious Fanatics”

This is a 2005 DOD, Department of Defense, video presentation on what was being planned to mitigate so-called “religious fanatics” in the Middle East. The proposal was to deploy a virus and/or vaccine that targets the VMAT2 Gene, otherwise known as the God Gene. Listen very closely to the presenter and a member of the audience and his questions. You’ll note that he asked if the vaccine/virus would be aerosolized to spread it. This is consistent with what Professor Francis Boyle, author of the Anti Biological and Chemical Weapons Convention backed unanimously by both houses of Congress, has said about Ralph Baric, an expert in nanotechnology. Baric has been accused of working with EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology to develop SARS CoV2. Nanotechnology is used to aerosolize viruses.
