Housing Market Update: SBA loans - Unlimited Purchases of MBS - 10/30 Yr Bonds

Today the Federal Reserve announced that small business, under $500,000 in annual sales, will have FAST access to SBA loans to help them retain and rehire employees.

An unlimited purchase of Mortgage Backed Securities was also announced, this will help the real estate and mortgage market

10 and 30 year treasury bonds were both down today, something to keep an eye on and the affect it has on fixed mortgage rates.
