Missing You, Missing Me

Absence may indeed make the heart grow fonder and we have two interpretations of that with the Guess Who and Tina Turner for today's Segue City Special. Sometimes life and all the minutiae get in your way. Then sometimes it's crosstown traffic or maybe the HOT NOW light never seems to come on when you want it to. Something to ponder over...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
