This is a combination of both total body cardio and strength with a focus on the abdominals and fat burning. So much stuff all in one:) These can all be done at home with no equipment or with dumbbells to make it more challenging.
For the exercises on the hands, you can modify to make these a little easier to do my using a higher surface like a table or counter.
For an additional challenge, add a hop instead of keeping things low impact
