We decided to try to cook Oxtails. It didn’t end well!!!

For the Jamaican Sauce: (The only good thing we made)
18 oz BBQ Sauce
¼ Cup jamaican seasoning
1TBSP worcheshire sauce
3 TBSP pineapple juice
1TBSP olive oil
½ TBSP pepper
1/2TBSP salt
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
