Guided Relaxation Meditation for Stress and Anxiety

This meditation will guide you through a breathing technique and visualization to bring about relaxation and a more positive mindset during challenging times. Below you’ll find a list of suggested supplements to boost your immune system. If you or someone you know is immunocomprimised, please do what you can to protect yourself by boosting your immune system. So, eat a healthful fresh diet that is low in processed sugar and simple carbohydrates, get plenty of sleep, minimize stress and anxiety by getting outside, meditating, making a gratitude list, practicing regular deep breathing, etc. On top of this, consider taking immune-boosting supplements!
