Dr. Victor A. Marcial-Vega graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Medical School in
1984.  He completed his internship and residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1988 and is
board certified in Radiation Oncology.
He testified before the Government Reform Committee in the use of EDTA chelation therapy in
the management of cancer and cardiovascular disease in 1999.  He currently practices in Puerto
Rico and is currently involved in the use of EDTA, ozone therapies, phospholipids, intravenous
vitamin C, mind-body techniques and Integrative Medicine in the management of cancer, autism,
viruses, and other diseases.
