Somalia's Mogadishu International Airport "flips up" when it lands
On July 18, local time, a Somali passenger plane crashed while landing at Mogadishu International Airport. About 30 passengers and crew on board were evacuated safely.
The live video showed that the plane turned upside down on the side of the airport runway and ignited thick smoke at the scene. The passenger plane, a turboprop Fokker 50, flew from the central and southern Somalia city of Baidoa to the capital Mogadishu that day.
