Guinea pig

The pet #pig is originally from the Andes in South America. It descends from a species of cavy, which was used to feed #indigenous peoples. Over time, however, this animal left the Andean menu and went into homes all over the #world, for its friendly temperament and easy care. Currently, he is one of the most common and appreciated small pets.
