Update: there are two signals: on 3/12/20 and 3/18/20. One critically thinking twitter user commented that the difference in colors (Red/Orange vs Green) cold be code for Red Castle /Green Castle

Request for "bat signal us" on Austin Steinbart's youtube channel before the mysterious event where an apparent light beam shaped as a Q with rabbit figure inside was shown on the USA Capitol building.

 This constitutes a very expensive and risky prank or an actual Q proof (the light signal being sanctioned by the govt)
