Guitarist loses Eight Fingers

Imagine taking a needle in the arm and waking up and missing eight fingers what do you think happened? Could it have been some type of vaccination with poison in it? I guess everybody likes taking a chance not knowing what’s in those files because everybody’s doing it so it must be OK what do you think?
