i forgot to make a log last night, due to some poor choices i had made. and i'm hoping i feel as i do right now as a consequence of those choices and not due to some unknown factor. my face feels funny, not in a good way, like the muscles are continuously relaxing, or something. it's been going on a while now. last night i did my albuterol puffer and salmeterol, this morning i did those again as well as a pulmazyme. and when i said that i mad a poor choice yesterday, that means that around 8 or so i had a craving for monster energy drink, so i got one and stayed up until around 5 in the morning. and i'm hoping this is just a residula of that, but that's only because i can't think of what else it could be.
