LA Truckers Protest State Law That Limits Use Of Independent Contract Drivers

Los Angeles truckers start a 24-hour protest of a state law to limit the use of independent contractor drivers -- the ‘gig worker bill’ -- many truckers own their own rigs, and don’t want to be considered employees. They’re jamming up traffic on 110 North, leaving San Pedro.
