I have always traveled a lot for my real-life job, in 2018 when I was losing the majority of my weight I was traveling a couple times a month. Now I am traveling pretty much every single week and still maintaining a Carnivore lifestyle. The temptation when you are alone or on the road is definitely real...in this video, I share some tips and my thought process for how I stay on track while on the road.
