Ground Turkey freezer meal prep

Hello! Join me in my kitchen as I race the clock and try to squeeze in a freezer prep while my kids are running around the house, and I'm beat from grocery shopping earlier.
Earlier in the day I went shopping at our local Kroger's case lot sale and picked up a case of ground turkey (12 pounds). Decided to prep the entire case before dinner - because I was feeling a little ambitious.
