Attorney Believes Sheriff Illegally Arrested Rodney Howard Browne

With Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne being arrested, it raises many legal issues. In this video, I discuss many of the legal issues that will probably be raised by Dr. Howard-Browne's legal team as they respond to the situation. A basic review of the First Amendment jurisprudence shows that if the government is depriving you of your right to freely exercise your religion, the government needs to show that they are trying "to prevent grave and immediate danger". Also, a look at FL ST 381.00315 shows that there are limitations in Flordia as to who can be Quarantined and when an individual can be Isolated. The county of Hillsborough can not prove that they have properly met these standards.
