ADOCAD Day 07 A Deck Of Cards A Day

Day 7 of our habit-building training. We're starting easy and things are starting to build. We're about a third of the way into the deck but there are some tough cards coming soon.
Hang in there. Keep on keeping on. It's not a race so use the time you have now during the Covid-19 isolation to build a fantastic habit you can take with you into the future.
We added the 3♦️today. Here's a rundown:
❤️= Burpees
♦️= Sit Ups
♠️= Push Ups
♣️= Squats
K = 13 reps
Q= 12 reps
J = 11 reps
Ace = 10 reps
10 = 10, 9 = 9, etcetera.
If you're just joining us and are reasonably fit then you can jump straight in at this point. Otherwise start building up from an easier level by taking out a few cards.
