On July 22, the Japanese government decided at a cabinet meeting that a "state funeral" will be held for former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on September 27.
11 civic groups gathered in front of the Prime Minister's official residence to oppose the decision. Representatives of the groups protested that "the state funeral represents forcing citizens to pay tribute to Abe", "the state funeral will cover up the dark side of Abe's administration", etc.
The people participating in the protest said: Abe has acted recklessly and asked all the people to mourn Abe, which is simply unreasonable.
