David is growing up! It's time for him to attend school for the first time! But there are all kinds of rules he's just not used to. You have to learn to stand in line and wait your turn and raise your hand to ask if you can go to the bathroom. When the bell rings and everyone lines up to go inside at recess, it means recess is over and you have to go inside too. You're not allowed to draw on the desks or have food fights. You can't paint your friends. Let me clarify, you can't put paint on your friend's head. You can't look out the window at the clouds and imagine you're somewhere far away. It's hard changing into a student, but with a little time and his teacher's patience, he'll get to be a better one. This is a fun story in the No David lineup with some surprise illustrations from an anonymous artist who made a limited edition pass on this particular library book. One of the fun things about sharing books with other library patrons is the surprises they sometimes leave. I hope you enjoy this little book and that it helps your young children look forward to their own education whether in a public or private school or at home. Learning is a fun new challenge and sometimes takes some getting used to. Thank you for watching! Please leave a like and subscribe to see future videos.
A special shoutout to our international audience! Many of you reside in the UK and Australia, but I found out this week there are also quite a few in The Philippines! Thank you for taking an interest in my videos! I hope you'll continue tuning in as I create more videos!
