Portland's Feckless Mayor Releases Ridiculous Anti-Violence Plan

When you're fighting violent crime and you're severely short on police most people would hire more cops. But not cop hating Ted Wheeler, his plan is to sink millions into his plan to talk drug dealers and criminals out of their life of crime.
