In this full body self-hypnosis sequence for Guided Meditation for Anxiety and Relaxation into Sleep, I take you through a gentle sequence to relax the body through your own count and deep breath.
In order to anchor positive change and affirmations, we will glide into a place of peace and calm, where you feel safe, and have the ability to focus on what you want. In this place, you can either use the affirmations I mention, or have in place some of your own.
Make sure these affirmations are easy to remember and realistic. Affirmations do not automatically result in what you aim for, instead, they are there to guide you as a goal for change.
You can use this Guided Meditation for Anxiety and Relaxation into Sleep every night, before you go to bed. Or if you prefer, you can use this to begin your day, or to provide some respite during a busy day.
