Blade-Wielding Man Rushes Event Stage To Attack Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin In New York

A man identified as 43-year-old David Jakubonis rushed the stage of an event where Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin was speaking, with Jakubonis armed with and threateningly hoisting up toward the congressman what's known as a "cat stabber," which is a bladed-brass knuckles style weapon. Jakubonis has since been released from jail.
