Converting Battery Packs from 16V/4S to 24V/7S

Converting two - 4S20P battery packs into one 7S20P pack for the new 24V lithium ion power wall.

The 4S battery packs have been in daily use for up to 2.5 years now in the old 16V system. Time to convert them over for the 24V system. Very little change is required, only longer pieces of threaded rod and a longer piece of wire for the power connector.

For each 7S pack converted, I end up with one additional 20P module. These will be tested for capacity and then a plan worked out for re-using them in new 7S packs.

I'll need to make some 7S balance cables, so stay tuned for that in the next video...
