Likened to SUICIDE? (covid19 VAccines)

I know many others already have seen this. A recent incident wherein a French court ruled that if you die from the treatment, it is equal to suicide. You should have known it is an experimental trial, with published side-effects including death. Your fault alone if you die.
Your family deserves no compensation for your own irresponsible mistake, as it is like willful death from high-risk activities like ignorantly yet boldly handling a known or potentially venomous snake. To quote,
“The family sued and the French court ruled:
The side effects of the experimental juice are being made public and the deceased could not claim ignorance when he voluntarily took the juice. There is no law or mandate in France forcing him to be juiced. Therefore, his death is essentially suicide.”
