Senator Chuck Schumer does not want to take The Respect For Marriage Act to the Senate floor unless Democrats are sure it will pass after the legislation has passed in the House. The Majority Report crew discuss how Democrats delaying a vote on the bill allows for Republicans to have room to strategize voting.
