After 12 years in prison seeing this disappoints me most

Having spent 12 years in prison I've met a whole array of different individuals.
A good portion of the african americans where incarcerated due to drug possession.
Current law does not apply equally to all of us and some are effected disproportionately. Then there are some that aren't effected at all.
