Elon Musk announced the other day that he's abandoning his $44 billion Twitter acquisition deal, claiming numerous bot/spam accounts on the platform and misleading data as the reason, although other reasons, including Twitter stock plummeting and management issues could also be a factor. In the end, he may break Twitter by being forced to buy it, at least for a lower price
