It is an event celebrated each year on the 50th day after Great and Holy Pascha (Easter). But to some they might be wondering why this matters and why this day has had a profound significance on our history as a people.

Originally, the name / day of Pentecost was a feast of the Jewish tradition. To us, however, it was the moment of establishment of the Church through the preaching of the Apostles and baptisms of the many thousands who believed in the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
