Taylor McAllister was brutally beaten and murdered. Dumped like trash in an alley and then run over by the individuals who left her there. St. Petersburg PD has failed her, covered up how poorly they investigated her murder because to them she was just a “Junkie”...an addict who they viewed as worthless. An incompetent lead detective who didn’t even know DNA was found. A chief of Police who has lied and had his administration cover up everything in her investigation.
