S1E35 What Equipment Do You NEED To Butcher Chickens?

A couple of weeks ago, I posted pictures of our poultry processing equipment and setup to our social media accounts. And I received a lot of questions as a result. And I realized that I didn't really talk much about poultry processing during our series on raising chickens. So. on this episode, I rectify that oversight. I share with you the gear we use; what I like about it and what I don't like about it. But, more importantly, I give my opinions and thoughts about how to go about building out a poultry processing setup. Because, let's fact it; most people can't afford to or don't want to buy all of this gear at one wack.

Here are the links to the gear that I talk about. Remember, the Amazon links are affiliate links and so we make a small commission off of those sales. It's a great way for you to support the show if you're feeling so inclined.
