White House clarifies Biden cancer gaffe

The White House has retracted a statement made by US President Joe Biden during a speech in Massachusetts.
Mr Biden was discussing the effects of oil refinery emissions when he indicated he had cancer.
The White House has clarified the President had 'non-melanoma' skin cancer before taking office last year.
