I’m sure that you’ve seen gymnasts, street workout athletes or artists to hold their bodies in different positions, such as the planche, front lever, back lever or human flag and you were amazed how they could do these skills.

For me personally, this was the main motivation before I started to workout and if you want to master them as well, the good news is that it’s absolutely possible!
