Day 164 of Let's Read the Bible - Deuteronomy 11, Psalm 136, 1 John 2

Today we read about loving and obeying the Lord. Obedience and follow the commands of the Lord will allow the Israelites to succeed and remain in the land the Lord is giving them. The psalm is about the great things the Lord has done and the great kings that God has destroyed to show His enduring love. John continues his letter, telling those reading to love brothers and sisters in Christ and to live in the light rather than darkness. He also writes about the not loving the world and looking for antichrists.
