Working shiftwork as a Police Officer or First Responder is hard enough. Having to maintain clean, healthy living in the midst of it can be even harder.

In this video I go over the clean eating and meal plan strategy that I found worked best for me and got me the best fat loss and lean muscle gains. Is this the plan that's right for you? Maybe not. However I've shared this plan with many others who follow my same fitness routine and all have seen amazing results.
