Current pandemic and social events breed uncertainty and emotional dysregulation. How organizations communicate about it can create clarity, build resilience, and catalyze positive change. At such times, a leader’s words and actions can help keep people safe, help them adjust and cope emotionally, and finally, help them put their experience into context—and draw meaning from it.

Clear and inspiring communication is central to avoid toll on workers’ productivity and mental health as radical, rapid changes in the workplace.

I had an honor of interviewing Nick Kindler, founder of Kindler and Company. He is a keynote speaker, communication coach, TedxToronto Speaker, and an author of “IMPACT” a blueprint to help innovators get clear on their message, save time, and stand out so they become better communicators
