Why would any leader bother to write a business book? Business leaders, high-level consultants and other thought leaders are writing more business books than ever before in history. This is partly to share their valuable experience and expertise with others, but also because a good business book produces massive benefits for the author.

While the sheer number of leadership books published every year might suggest that they’re a walk in the park to write, the opposite is true.

In this episode, I interviewed Cristen Iris from CI Communication Strategies. She is an award-winning ghostwriter and developmental editor and a film consultant and creative collaborator.
