How to make Hummus at Home with no added OIL!

Let's use the homemade Tahini we made to create this very delicious homemade hummus with NO added OIL! Yes, tanini has oil so for a truly oil-free hummus, just leave out the tahini altogether! I promise it is still delicious!

It's super easy, super fast, and what a delicious treat or snack for you and your family.

OIL FREE HUMMUS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 15oz can Garbanzo beans or Chickpeas, drained, reserve the liquid
2-4 tbsp Tahini
1-2 cloves of garlic
1-2 tsp of Cumin or Smoked Paprika
Zest of 1/2 to 1 Lemon
Juice of 1/2 to 1 Lemon
Dash of salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Drain your chickpeas and add to a food processor.
2. Add tahini, garlic, spices, lemon zest & juice to taste, and a pinch of salt to taste. Blend.
3. Drizzle in the reserved bean liquid from the can until it becomes a creamy consistency. Add more tahini if you like or more salt and spices to taste. Enjoy!
