Squash is so easy to grow and abundantly plentiful, I find many people trying to give away their excess harvests!

Do you have a favorite way to prepare Zucchini?

As for preserving Summer Squash, it can be frozen, dried or made into delectable canned relishes.

Yes, they do love their fresh Zucchini as well. Encourage children as early as possible to love organic gardening, farmer's markets, and teach them how to cook, bake and store their own food.
