Sepia Watercolor Technique | Stampin' Up! Quiet Meadow

Since July is World Watercolor month, I spent a little time learning some new techniques. So today I want to share the Sepia Watercolor Technique with you. I was inspired to play around with this technique after watching a video by Sandi MacIver. I love the fun look this technique creates in the background of the card. I also dabbled a bit with watercoloring the flowers and I definitely need more practice! However, I hope this video inspires you to try your hand at watercoloring.

The cards feature the Quiet Meadow stamp set from Stampin’ Up! However, keep in mind you can use any stamp set you have on hand with this technique.
