Romans 12:12 Lullaby

Forgive the wrinkled shirt- it's still early but I wanted to get this encouragement to some friends of Truth Social this morning. So many of us think we know scripture because we've heard the words. But context and PERSONALITY is often removed when communicating through text. What if instead of hearing these verses as a command, we heard them instead as a lullaby from Jesus?

Be joyful in hope,
be patient in affliction
and be grateful in prayer.

Before I chose you for me,
I could see that you'd be scared of everything
you couldn't plainly see
