Handstand Presses with 10 Pound Ankle Weights and Sandbag Presses!

The last day in this series was with 5 pounds ankle weights and it went pretty well, so I had the greenlight to use the full 10 pounds per leg with the set of ankle weights I have. These were a lot harder!

The pullups progressed to using the heaviest sandbag, which is likely around 50 lbs.

The reps were lower, so there were more sets (8 total), and then I finished with one higher rep set of standing single arm presses with a sandbag - the medium one at this track which is perhaps 40 lbs. I thought I did 21 per arm, but on the left arm when I was talking about some technique points I was off 1 and did 20, but I was also holding it for longer so I will count that as 1 haha!
