In July of 1970 I was sent to Chelmsford Hospital by Dr Harry Bailey and underwent Deep Sleep Therapy without giving consent. Along with copies of my medical notes obtained (under the privilege provisions of s17 of the Royal Commissions Act 1923) and the following broadcast, I have retained and shared for an understanding of the treatment I underwent in what is now known as the Chelmsford Hospital Scandal.
