Kathy Hochul defies Supreme Court • Makes it even harder to get a carry permit

Now that the law has been struck down by the Supreme Court that stated that gun owners would have to demonstrate 'proper cause' to receive a concealed carry license in New York, Governor Kathy Hochul signed a new gun control bill Friday that will add even more layers of 2a violations than the original bill did!. I said last week that they will now make it more expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to get a carry permit in New York and boy was I right. Wait until you see the hoops you have to jump through.
