Covenant Marriage - God's Way

The Biblical marriage covenant is to be between the man, the woman, and God alone -- and therefore the State has NO RIGHT to intervene, to insert itself into, or to LICENSE that sacred Covenant. The right to marry and raise a family is the most basic, fundamental and inviolable of human rights, and therefore CANNOT be licensed by the state.
