Hard Knox Finger Jell-O

[3] .3oz flavored Gelatin OR [2] .65oz flavored Gelatin
[4] envelopes OR [4 Tbsp] Knox unflavored gelatin
•Whisk powders in a large glass or metal, heat friendly bowl.
[4-cups] boiling water
•Boil water, 8-9 minutes, or until rolling boil.
Immediately add boiling water to gelatin powders.
•Mix with whisk until all powder is completely dissolved.
[2-Tbsp] Lemon Juice
•Add 2 Tbsp Lemon 🍋 Juice & combine all ingredients whisking well.
•Pour into 9x9 Pyrex & chill overnight. Cut into squares. ENJOY!
