Data: More people backing out of deals to buy homes

A sign we're finally seeing a turnaround in the housing market: more homebuyers are backing out of deals to buy homes. In fact, new data from real estate brokerage firm Redfin shows Americans are canceling home sales at the highest rate since the start of the pandemic.
