Mortgage rates hold strong as the real estate market gets a little pep in its step

Personally, I saw a lot of mortgage applications come in over the weekend, buyers out and about, confirmation from people working open houses there was more activity in the market. People starting to see rates have stabilized and sellers starting to understand what they need to do to make buyers pull the trigger.
