Whew!... we found a copy band version of "Victim of Love" to stave off any whining by Don Hensley's attorneys about wanting to ban today's Segue City Special for a group by the name of "Laredo" does the honors instead with Duran Duran on the other end and that is the workaround we needed... Now that crisis is resolved, the question becomes when the "Hot Now" sign will light up and we can indulge ourselves with some really fresh doughnuts...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
