Problems Calling NYS DOL Unemployment Telephone Claims Center - April 8, 2020 - Part 1

Many people who have lost their jobs as a result of the Coronavirus shutdown are having issues completing their Unemployment Benefit Claims online and over the phone here in New York. To highlight some of the problems people have been experiencing trying to complete their Unemployment Claims, I have tried calling the NYS Department of Labor's Unemployment Telephone Claims Center (TCC). However, I have yet to get through ONCE over the past week!
